As a pillar of the company, community outreach will play an integral role in both the company and artist positioning. To this end each Mogul artist will be aligned with a specific charity or community organization.
Supporting the company’s philanthropic desires, artist participation will enhance public image while generating exposure and revenue for chosen charities. Additionally, space on each artist’s World Wide Web page will be reserved for a non-profit organization. Furthermore, Mogul Entertainment will lend additional support to these charities through corporate fundraising opportunities and donations from company revenues.

The people behind the VIMA (Voize) Awards, bitemymusic.com have lent their full support to the noble intentions of MT without much hesitation. Having the same intentions and goals of acknowledging fresh and raw talents, MT will work hand-in-hand with bitemymusic.com to further promote and push the envelope in terms of marketing local talents to local and global markets. In regards to music, MT has already set the stage to help local artistes to market their music via online channels and will continue to do so for future artistes.
2. The MoveMint
The MoveMint is a homegrown brand that has shaken the international Hip Hop scene with its innovative approach to promoting local arts to global markets. Together with the founder of The MoveMint, the Hip Hop entrepreneur Vandal, originally from Canada, will strive to push boundaries in order for universal acceptance of Malaysian talents worldwide. This effort will include organizing grassroots events and online marketing strategies to spread the word about the best Malaysia have to offer.
3. Creative DNA Studios
Creative DNA Studios (CDNAS) is a creative boutique studio which produces award-winning documentary and other film projects up its’ sleeves. Already making a landmark by winning the FreedomFilmFest’s Most Outstanding Human Rights Film, CDNAS will assist MT in providing the best production services to promote local talents online. CDNAS is set to change how we see resumes and CVs by incorporating both traditional ways of preparing profiles and technologically savvy approach in promoting oneself via creative videos to showcase the best of what talents have to offer.
This paper proposes to service Malaysian Talents with a website (platform) for web presence to offer Talents a space to upload their videos to promote themselves to potential employers. In turn, Headhunters, Event Organizers and Production Companies can look out for new talents for their new films, productions, theatre plays, music projects etc.
We define, in this project, the website as a digital platform that connects Talents to Headhunters via Video Curriculum Vitae (CV) – VCV or Video Resume.
